To Redeem Your Richeson Award Certificate:

1. Find our catalog and pricelist under the PRODUCTS menu above.
2. E-mail your order to darren@richesonart.com with the following information:
1. List of items
2. Certificate #
3. Shipping address
4. Phone number (for use by the shipping company only)
3. We will pay shipping to most locations in the lower 48 states. For awards to Hawaii and Alaska, please include credit card information (number, expiration date, security code) for shipping costs. For export awards, please include specific shipping instruction, freight broker information, and credit card information (number, expiration, security code) for shipping costs. Export award winners are responsible for all export costs.
4. Awards are shipped within 2 weeks.

Some award winners prefer we simply select a nice assortment of paints and/or surfaces. If you would like us to select your items for you, just request in your e-mail that we send you “a selections of our oil colors” for example.
