We hold classes in a variety of subjects including oil, pastel, watercolor and casein painting, sculpture, life drawing, portraiture and basic skills. There are classes suitable for the beginner, the serious hobbyist and the professional artist and there are “Open Studio” hours for serious painters to meet and work. We also offer children’s classes for different skill and age levels.

CURRENT CLASSES:
Beginning Watercolor

Wednesdays: May 23 through June 13, 10:00-Noon

Learn the basics of watercolor painting in this 4-week course by artist, Lee Mothes. You'll learn to mix paints, use masking, create washes and handle different brushes. You may work from your photos, a sketch you started before class, or just play with shapes and colors as you get the feel of this simple and effective medium.
